The hotel is not in the best location, a bit seedy and inconvenient without a car, but it offers outstanding service and the rooms, though old and with a peculiar odor, serve their purpose for a good night's sleep.

Additionally, the room was dirty, covered with plastic, and had a residue that indicated smoking had occurred, which was quite off-putting.

On the bright side, the staff was accommodating and ensured a quiet room. Despite some flaws, the service was courteous and pleasant. The location, although a bit far from downtown and facing roadwork troubles, was in a good neighborhood. The dining experience was decent with some hot items, and the facilities were satisfactory with a lovely dining space on the fifth floor.
